Bachelor of Medical Studies/ Doctor of Medicine commencing in Term 1, 2021 applications are now open.
Medicine program applications are now open and the process for students has not changed despite the COVID-19 pandemic.
UNSW will contact all eligible applicants by e-mail to arrange an interview. Eligible means that students have submitted both applications (Medicine application and UNSW International student application) and have at least one of the results available either ISAT, Academic actual score, or academic predicted score.
UNSW International applicants process
Students are selected on the basis of the following three criteria:
Academic merit + ISAT + Interview
Using the above three parameters, all students are ranked. Applicants are selected based on the highest rank determined by all three measures. Scores will not be averaged, which means that a high score in one of the three components will not compensate for a lower score in another.
Interview dates
Interviews will continue to be held via Zoom, Skype or phone and on the following dates:
- 4th – 8th May 2020
- 13th – 17th July 2020
- 14th – 18th September 2020
