Most people are struggling to stay in this country as visa terms because we are one of Austraila's foreigners. When you find an agency that helps you stay away from visa conditions while you study or work, a few of us have the experience that agency gives you wrong information or to be rude to you. Also I was paying for them before and I was disappointed. However, when I talked to the AEV centre, I felt different from others. Now I am still satisfied with them for three years. Thank you AEV :)

Its not often these days that you immediately feel like the most important person in the store, but that is how I felt when I walked through the door of the AEV Centre in Southport. I was greeted with a friendly smile and ushered to comfortable seats where I waited briefly for my appointment.Paul Kwons Offices are clean and fresh and as I glanced at his Certificates of achievements on the wall, I started to relax realising I was in qualified hands.I have lived in Australia for many years but realised I would need guaranteed support in my ageing years. I had tried a couple of on-line Visa Application options but had always run into one snag or another, I was starting to loose my patience.A friend encouraged me to seek professional help and I am happy to say the AEV Centre in Southport satisfied all my requirements and also had a open appointment for me when I was free.During our first meeting Paul mapped out the application procedure and created profiles and payment methods, it was dark before I left his office that first meeting but his smile never faded. I saw Paul at least two more times to confirm details and drop off paperwork as he asked for it, often his confirmation E mails would arrive well into the evening and I appreciated his assistance greatly.At my last visit he pressed the enter button and submitted my completed application. "This could take a while", was his last comment.I am excited to share that after seven months the Ministry has granted my application and I am well on the way to gaining Australian Citizenship.Many thanks to the Paul Kwon and his lovely staff at the Southport AEV Centre.

I've always been asked why I paid for an agent when I can process the application myself. My answer? Because my knowledge is only as much as I know. Working with Paul has made my entire journey a breeze. He makes you feel that he is not just a professional working with you but rather a friend who is there to answer your questions and doubts. He also is there anytime my nerves get to me when I am losing patience while waiting. He also lets you know important things that you have not even thought of as being important. His knowledge and qualification has made my application smooth and easy. He doesn't make you do things without an explanation and he makes sure you understand and know what you are up to. The cost of visa is no joke, if you have already spent for it, might as well spend a bit more to make sure that you are doing the right thing. My partner and I have just completed the first stage in obtaining permanent residence Subclass 820 Visa for her in Australia and with the expert advise and assistance from Paul and his team at the Australian Education & Visa Centre it has been a reasonably easy and pleasing experience, to undertake this task without the assistance and expert advise from the Australian Education & Visa Centre would have been a very difficult task and may have end with a disappointing result.If anyone is considering applying for permanent residence in Australia for yourself or your partner I strongly urge you to consider getting advise and assistance from the Australian Education & Visa Centre and getting them to complete the application for you to ensure the best possible outcome. AEV helped me and Kyle with all their sweat and tears. It was a long and stressful journey for us but we made it through with the help of their superb team. AEV has been helping me with processing the required visas from the get go since I came to Australia and got married. Even though there was a little time to apply for required visas, they managed to do it! And from then on they worked hard on on all the procedures and applications to get me permanent residency through bridging visas, partners visas till i got my permanent residency. Always friendly and ready to meet my requirements and working hard to get all in the shortest possible time. The staff was friendly and efficient. My agent, Paul, was very helpful. He explained it to me well how the visa applications works and helped throughout the application process. He was empathetic with my situation, he faithfully assured me when I was having my worries about my application and the waiting period. He constantly reminded me that he's always available if I have any questions.Overall, Paul greatly represented and looked after his clients. I definitely recommend Paul to anyone who's needing an agent and migration adviser. Thank you very much again Paul for working with me! :)

My partner and I have just completed the first stage in obtaining permanent residence Subclass 820 Visa for her in Australia and with the expert advise and assistance from Paul and his team at the Australian Education & Visa Centre it has been a reasonably easy and pleasing experience, to undertake this task without the assistance and expert advise from the Australian Education & Visa Centre would have been a very difficult task and may have end with a disappointing result.If anyone is considering applying for permanent residence in Australia for yourself or your partner I strongly urge you to consider getting advise and assistance from the Australian Education & Visa Centre and getting them to complete the application for you to ensure the best possible outcome.
